Dear parents!
We are addressing you with information about the principles of the school’s work in this difficult time.
First of all, we would like to emphasize that the VĚDA Elementary School is a multicultural Czech school, accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic. The educational process at the school is conducted in the Czech language, by Czech teachers. Due to the large number of foreign students, Ukrainian, Russian, Kazakh, Belarusian and American teachers officially work as assistants at the school.
Secondly, we consider respect for the plurality of opinions to be very important, we profess tolerance, internationalism and build our school as an apolitical environment, both for students and their families, and for teachers.
Thirdly, we show the diversity of different cultures and languages, study them and teach our students to conduct a civilized dialogue.
We protect our students and their families from xenophobia, manifestations of nationalism and bullying at our school.
